Abhay Kumar Kohli
Director
Abhay is a distinguished entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Canada, known for his visionary approach to business growth and innovation.
He founded and scaled a successful Sharp business for multifunction photocopiers using a leasing model, achieving exponential growth through innovative Service Level Agreements over the last decade.
Abhay has held leadership roles at Sharp Electronics of Canada and Pitney Bowes, where he successfully managed operations in challenging markets. His earlier contributions to RS Components and India Telecomp further highlight his versatility and expertise.
An Electronics and Telecom graduate from a premier college under Delhi University, Abhay also holds an MBA from the prestigious Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, India.
Rupinder (Roop) Ahluwalia
Director
With over 35 years of diverse experience in the Telecom and IT industries across the globe, Roop brings unmatched expertise in international marketing, business operations, strategy, business transitions, and startups. He has served in senior leadership roles for 18 years, including as President and Business Head at GTL Infrastructure Ltd., a leading Indian multinational with operations in 20+ countries. Roop pioneered telecom passive infrastructure outsourcing and sharing in the Indian subcontinent, achieving a landmark all-cash deal for 18,000 telecom towers. A certified PMP and a telecom engineer by profession, Roop is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), specializing in International Business. He is also an active member of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
